We provide professionally written and formatted research articles following the guidelines below:

Format & Style for Article: All Research article will be typed in A4 size, with a font size of 12, 1.5 line spacing, and a single-column layout. A one-inch margin will be maintained on all sides. Each Article will be delivered as a single Word file, containing the following sections:

• Title of the Article or Chapter

• Author Name, Designation, and Email

• Abstract and Keywords

• Introduction

• Article or Chapter Content

• References

The total length of the article, Book chapter will be kept between 6 and 25 pages.

Journal Articles: References to journal articles will be numbered in the order of their appearance in the manuscript and cited in the text using superscript numbers. We follow the format below for references:

Format: Author(s) of article (surname initials). Title of the manuscript. Journal title. Year of publication; volume number (issue number): page numbers. (If there are more than six authors, we list the first six followed by "et al.")

Example: Murray PR, Rosenthal KS, Kobayashi GS, Pfaller MA. Medical microbiology. 4th ed. St. Louis: Mosby; 2002.

Books and Monographs: References to books will follow this format:

• Format: Author AB, Author BB, Author CC. Title of Book. Ed, Vol, Publisher, City, year, page numbers.

Example: Gilstrap LC 3rd, Cunningham FG, VanDorsten JP, editors. Operative obstetrics. 2nd ed. New York: McGraw-Hill; 2002.

Patents: Patent references will be cited as follows:

• Format: Inventor(s); Assignee. Title. Country patent number. Date.

Example: Pagedas AC, inventor; Ancel Surgical R&D Inc., assignee. Flexible endoscopic grasping and cutting device and positioning tool assembly. United States patent US 20020103498. 2002 Aug 1.

Websites: Website references follow this format:

• Format: Website name [Internet]. Location: Publisher; copyright year [cited date]. Page title or description; [approximate number of screens]. Available from: URL

As fees are calculated on a project basis or hours basis, it is important for us to clearly understand the scope of the work you wish us to perform before we can give you an accurate quote.

Structure Fee:

• Research Article (Science, Commerce, Arts -Language English) charge: One Page - ₹ 200 /-, Example 5 Page: 5x200 = ₹ 1000/-, Plagiarism Checker 10% to 20%: ₹ 200/-, Plagiarism Checker under 5% to 10%: ₹ 300/-.

• Conference Article (Science, Commerce, Arts -Language English) Charge: One Page - ₹ 200/-, Example 5 Page: 5x200 = ₹ 1000/-, Plagiarism Checker 10% to 20%: ₹ 200/-, Plagiarism Checker under 5% to 10%: ₹300/-.

• Book Chapter (Science, Commerce, Arts -Language English) Charge: First Page to 10 Page One Page: ₹ 200/-, after 10 pages on words One Page: ₹ 300/- Example 1 to 10 Page: 10x200 = ₹ 2000/-, & 11 page 15 page 5x300 - ₹ 1500/-, Plagiarism Checker 10% to 20%: ₹ 200/- Plagiarism Checker under 5% to 10%: ₹ 300/-.

CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE:

Turnaround Time:
Project timelines will be determined based on the scope of work and mutually agreed upon before starting. Normally, any project will take a minimum of one to two weeks.

1. Payment Terms:

   • ₹ 500/- advance payment for all services, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery.

   • If our Marketing Promotion Executive Officer (Pratidvani: As You Desired) provides a reference, no advance payment is required. The Reference ID must be mentioned.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Projects canceled within 24 hours of confirmation will be free of cost. Cancellations after this period will incur a ₹200 fee, or discounts will not be provided for your next project.

   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations after work has commenced.

3. Delivery and Payment Guidelines:

   • Once you receive an email stating, “Your article is ready for dispatch,” you will have three days to respond with any keywords for adjustment (if applicable).

   • If you have any P-AYD Keywords, please mention them in our email, and we will adjust the discount values accordingly.

   • From the date of the dispatch email, you must make the payment within 10 days.

4. Payment Confirmation and File Release:

   • After paying the fee, kindly send the payment receipt to our email ID.

   • Once the payment receipt is received, we will provide you with the passcode or the original file.

5. Revision Policy:

   • After receiving the original file, if you have any changes, please inform us within 20 days. Revisions within this period will be done free of cost.

   • After 20 days, additional charges will apply for revisions, at ₹50 per page.

6. Discount Policy:

   • For total project amounts up to ₹1000: 10% discount.

   • For amounts between ₹1000 and ₹2500: 20% discount.

   • For amounts above ₹2500: 25% discount.

7. Plagiarism Check:

   • All articles will be delivered with plagiarism reports.

   • Clients are responsible for ensuring adherence to the specific plagiarism thresholds of their institutions or publishers.

8. Confidentiality:

   • All work and communications are treated as strictly confidential.
